What “Off-Market” Means

Properties We Accept
Our database serves vetted buyers seeking genuinely exceptional properties. We typically accept:
- Architecturally significant or heritage homes
- Waterfront, lakefront, or premium coastal positions
- Lifestyle or rural properties over 1 hectare
- Vineyards or wineries with a residential component
- Substantial urban homes in premium locations
- Properties with development potential or special zoning
- Productive land with water rights or established improvements

How It Works
Qualified buyers access our private property portal: an interactive map-based system filtered by region, property type, and specific requirements. When your property matches a buyer’s stated criteria, it’s added to their consideration list for review.
There are no public comments and no automated responses, just direct communication through our team. If a buyer wants additional information, we contact you or your agent before sharing anything further.
Registration
Annual listing fee: NZD $499 + GST
This covers:
- Twelve months in our off-market database
- Inclusion in buyer alerts to serious, pre-qualified clients
- Secure presentation within our private portal
Professional photography and video production can be arranged separately; you retain full ownership of all media.
