Properties We Accept
Our database serves vetted buyers seeking genuinely exceptional properties. We typically accept:

How It Works
For vendors agents:
Submit your vendor’s property details through our secure online form, including region, property type, price guide, key features, and approved imagery. Once accepted, the property enters our matching system and is presented to buyers whose criteria align. If a buyer expresses interest, we contact you before sharing any further details. You manage the process from there.
For private vendors:
Register your property directly and provide the same details. We administer the listing on your behalf and manage all buyer communication. You decide at every stage who sees your property and when. There are no public comments, no automated responses, and no open access to your listing. Every introduction is managed through our team, with your consent.
Registration
Annual listing fee: NZD $499 + GST
This covers:
- Twelve months in our off-market network
- Matching to pre-qualified buyers including international and AIP visa applicants
- Secure, private presentation to matched buyers only
- Managed introductions with your consent at every stage
Professional photography and video production can be arranged separately; you retain full ownership of all media.
