Privé maintains strict client confidentiality.
We do not disclose, confirm, or imply the identities of our clients—past, current, or prospective—unless:
- we are legally required to do so under New Zealand law, or
- we have explicit written authorisation from the client.
This confidentiality is legally binding and is intended to protect the privacy and personal interests of all clients.
12. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions
All website content—including text, images, branding, graphics, reports, commentary, and documents—is owned by Privé or licensed to us.
You must not:
- copy, republish, reproduce, or redistribute any content,
